The role of deputy manager will see you managing a large team to drive sales and service through the effective management of your people, whilst ensuring they deliver a world class shopping experience. This company delivers a truly elevated customer experience in comparison to other high street retailers, which is a huge factor in why they are so successful.

This role would be a perfect fit for someone who loves working at pace and being on the shop floor in a fast-paced environment.

The average length of service in the management team is one of the highest in the retail industry.



In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £32,000 with a performance related annual bonus of up to £4,000 per year. Tired of working long hours and every weekend? In this role you will only work two weekends a month and will work contracted hours of 38.5 per week.
