Job Title: Deputy Head of Cabin Crew Training

Ascend Airways is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head of Cabin Crew Training to join our team. As a key member of our Cabin Crew Training department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs to ensure our cabin crew are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety of our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Cabin Crew Training in developing and implementing training programs
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and resources
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for cabin crew
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of training programs
Requirements:
  • Valid UK CAA OR ability to obtain a UK CAA/UK Medical certificate
  • Train the Trainer or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Current or previous CIN holder
  • AET L3 certification- or equivalent if currently holding a CIN
  • RFX certification
  • CRMT certificate
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in airline cabin crew training management or a similar role
  • Proficiency in creating training materials using Microsoft, Prezi and Canva
  • Computer literate with the ability to produce manuals and materials to support the training department
  • Familiarity with LMS program development is desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of UK CAA regulations and processes
  • Experience of authority and training inspections is desirable
