Are you a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with hands-on experience in manual RTI submissions, HMRC forms, and backend payroll processing? We want to hear from you


About the Role:


A leading software company looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their dynamic team and train into a technical career. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll deduction calculations such as tax relief for charitable donations, child maintenance payments, and student loans. Your expertise with manual RTI submissions and HMRC forms will be essential, and any experience running Irish payroll would be a great bonus


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle manual RTI submissions and corrections with confidence.
  • Process various HMRC forms and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage backend payroll processing and perform payroll deduction calculations.
  • Utilise SQL for payroll data management and reporting.
  • Contribute to running Irish payroll (advantageous but not essential).


What We’re Looking For:


  • Proven experience with manual RTI submissions and HMRC forms.
  • Familiarity with backend payroll processing and complex deduction calculations.
  • Strong SQL skills for payroll data analysis.
  • Experience in handling Irish payroll (a bonus).
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
