About the Role: As the Medical Director of Clinical Development, you will spearhead clinical development programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the highest standards in patient care and treatment protocols. Your expertise will guide pivotal Phase 1-3 clinical trials and influence global health outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical trials from concept to execution, ensuring scientific rigor.
  • Medical Monitor Clinical Trials Phases 1-3 (Preferably phase 2 experience)
  • Lead the development and execution of clinical strategies alongside Clinical Development Team.
  • Collaborate with global regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance and advancing new therapies.
  • Serve as a key opinion leader, representing the organisation at global conferences and in scientific publications.

Qualifications:

  • MD UK
  • Proven track record in clinical development across 1-3
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical trial design.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
