As the Marketing Director for our Recruitment and Supply practice you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education staffing solutions. - Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence; ensure the team is well-equipped with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Budgeting and Performance: Manage the Recruitment and Supply marketing budget to maximize ROI through efficient resource allocation. Establish and track KPIs for all marketing activities, regularly reporting on performance and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
