We are looking for an interim Sales and Fleet Administrator reporting directly to the Fleet Administration Manager. This is a Local role, based in Warwick, UK. This role is a temporary role for 9 - 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave.

* You will provide support to the sales team in managing National Fleet contracts
* Handling the daily queries raised by both Fleet and Dealer customers
* Build internal and external relationships and provide outstanding customer service

*Responsibilities:*

* Monitor internal Open Job Sheet Report for overdue Jobsheets
* Chase Bridgestone Partners (Dealers) for missing Worksheets
* Processing of Vehicle Worksheets where required
* Monitor Fleet Contracts for Policy Fitment compliance
* Handle daily queries from allocated Dealer and Fleet accounts

*Requirements:*

* Methodical and thorough approach to work, with particular emphasis on attention to detail
* Willingness to learn
* Experience in Microsoft products
* High commitment to customer service levels, with a professional telephone manner
* The ability to liaise and communicate effectively
* The ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
* The ability to work to targets and timescale, with high standards when it comes to quality
* Being results orientated
* Team player essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* No weekends

Education:
* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
* Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
