Day Rate: Up to £1000 Inside IR35 DOE
The Client: A leading Insurance Firm requires a SOC2 Program Manager
Location: Flexible but has to be UK based with the capacity to commute to Central London when required.
Duration: 6 Months Rolling Contract
The Role: The SOC2 Program Manager will support the functions for the client with delivery of SOC2 program. This role will be an interim/consulting role supporting all segment and functional leads in delivery of the SOC2 program.
Key Requirements:
A successful SOC2 Program Manager will have the following competencies:
- Large program experience
- Deep understanding of program risk management
- Analytical and reporting capabilities, suitable for materials that will be shared/reviewed at senior leadership and board forums
- Excel capability, to mine data
- Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

- Expert communications and stakeholder management
Key responsibilities:
- Drive delivery of SOC2 program workstream
- Pro-actively collaborate with technology and information and cyber security functional stakeholders and controls owners
- Pro-actively communicate the progress to all levels of stakeholders
- Manage prioritisation of activities against tight timescales
- Maintain accurate program risk registers and dependency registers
- Distillation of themes and commentary on materiality
- Forward looking review of risks, to help identify completeness of risks/issues/dependencies – and any further management or mitigating actions that may be beneficial
- Analysis of data to develop crisp and informative management information/presentations for senior stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Understanding of technology and information security controls
- Understanding of SOC2 compliance requirements
