Responsibilities
Collect, input and analyse meter readings, utility billing, F-Gas & waste data to assist with Group Corporate & Social responsibilities and Sustainability..
Ensuring billing invoices are accurate, raise queries and correctly stored.
Management of contractor inductions and Risk & Method statement documentation.
To liaise with our customers and generate work requests using a CMMS.
To update training documentation, matrices, and work instructions.
Key requirements
A good level of computer literacy.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office software package.
Good organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence

The successful applicant will be self-motivated, confident, and positive. They will possess excellent communication skills, contributing to discussions. An ability to work both as part of a team autonomously is essential. They will display a focused organised approach to the role together with the demonstration of effective time management, prioritisation and decision making. Demonstrate good initiative and have an excellent attention to detail.
