As an IT Help Desk Administrator, you will be at the heart of our support system.
Acting as the primary contact for all support enquiries, you will handle a variety of technical issues and queries.
Your responsibilities will include answering incoming help desk calls, logging issues and queries using a ticket system, updating users on outstanding issues in a timely manner, and moving and installing IT equipment.
