Your new role


Within this interim position, you will be working on a variety Asset Management duties for a leading UK council based in the West Midlands


What you'll need to succeed


You will be a RICS chartered surveyor who is seeking an ongoing interim role. You will have a core understanding of the duties performed by an Asset Management Surveyor and will have demonstrable career experience. If you are not chartered you will have the equivalent experience.


What you'll get in return


£425 per day + 1 day in the office
