Engenda Group, a leading engineering and construction company, are on the lookout for a Project Engineer or Project Manager to join our EPC head office in Falkirk.


Role Overview


As a Project Manager with Engenda Group, you’ll play an integral role in the delivery of multiple distillation site projects and the growth of 2 key accounts within the engineering and design division. As part of our growing engineering and design team at the newly refurbished Antonine Hub in Falkirk, you will be at the forefront of the company growth strategy and will have opportunities to develop and progress quickly within the business.


Key Responsibilities


  • Being the key point of contact for our design and engineering teams and liaising with the client on a wide range of technical subjects during projects
  • Developing and growing the relationship with the client team to further enhance the Engenda profile and our capabilities
  • Monitoring project progress, performance and deliverables, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure project objectives are met
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders and clients
  • Supporting business development and expansion of new clients in the sector.


What you will bring to Engenda


  • Demonstrable experience of leading and working across multiple projects at a time in a project management capacity
  • Experience in managing and developing key client relationships
  • Experience of working within the Whisky and Distillation industry
  • Degree qualified, preferably with chartered status
