Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in latte art and have prior experience in a supervisory role. You will be the face of our club, ensuring every member and guest feels welcome and receives impeccable service.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Barista Duties:
    • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte, with a strong emphasis on latte art.
    • Maintain the highest standards of coffee quality and presentation.
    • Manage inventory and ensure the coffee bar is well-stocked and organized.
    • Train and mentor junior staff in coffee preparation and presentation techniques.

  • Host Duties:
    • Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression.
    • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the flow of service.
    • Address any member inquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
    • Lead by example, setting high standards for customer service and professionalism.
    • Assist in training new staff members and provide ongoing support and development.
    • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements as needed.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a barista, with expertise in latte art.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or similar high-end environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor and a professional appearance.
