A new assignment for an experienced Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) Project Manager to be responsible for the timely and effective delivery of projects on the ESG Value Stream to meet the requirements of the business stakeholders and enable the Global Organisation to Progress ambition. The role has specific accountability for evaluating demand against available resourcing, managing portfolio spend in line with the Value Stream budget, and ensuring best practice delivery processes are embedded.


Accountabilities:

  • Own end to end project delivery
  • Deliver business outcomes: Work with Head of ESG, ESG Programme Manager and key business stakeholders to ensure delivery plans can drive business outcomes required and how they feed into external disclosures.
  • Financial Management
  • Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
  • Rigorous governance:


Mandatory Skills:

  • Understanding of ESG strategies and challenges (particularly in Supply Chain) in large, global organisations.
  • Previous experience in delivery of ESG data and reporting programs
  • Excellent communication & Prioritisation skill
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting.
  • A working understanding of PlanView, SAP and PMO/GDBS Project Finance ways of working
  • Proven experience in senior level program management, with a focus on delivery and execution
  • Working understanding of Traditional/Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • People management experience, with the ability to effectively lead and develop geographically dispersed teams
