As Managing Director, you will be pivotal in leading the Executive Team to deliver the overall business plan. Further responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Establishing a clear and positive business culture that has people and customer service at its core.
  • Outline the ways of working and the processes required for the various supply chains, ultimately making the business efficient and profitable.
  • Working alongside the Financial Director to establish a plan for upgrading and creating management systems that will allow the company to run effectively.
  • You will be tasked with creating a multi-year investment plan to help make the company the most efficient and sustainable player on the market.
  • Attending monthly Board meetings.
