Location: Ruislip, London

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with a passion for ensuring high quality facility upkeep? Join our clients team in Ruislip, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining their 73-bed hotel, comprising 5 separate blocks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical work , plumbing , and other minor repairs .
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel systems and facilities .
  • Address and resolve guest service requests related to maintenance issues in a timely manner .
  • Maintain and repair equipment related to both Soft FM (e.g., cleaning, pest control) and Hard FM (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) .
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations .
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs and services as needed .
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory .

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role .
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance practices .
  • Ability to perform minor repairs and upkeep .
  • Understanding of Soft FM and Hard FM responsibilities .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
  • Flexibility to work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, including potential weekends and holidays .
