Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with a passion for ensuring high quality facility upkeep? Join our clients team in Ruislip, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining their 73-bed hotel, comprising 5 separate blocks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical work ⚡, plumbing , and other minor repairs .
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel systems and facilities .
Address and resolve guest service requests related to maintenance issues in a timely manner ⏱️.
Maintain and repair equipment related to both Soft FM (e.g., cleaning, pest control) and Hard FM (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) ️.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations ️.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs and services as needed .
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory .
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role .
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance practices ️.
Ability to perform minor repairs and upkeep .
Understanding of Soft FM and Hard FM responsibilities .
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
Flexibility to work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, including potential weekends and holidays .
