They are a rapidly expanding, and have therefore developed a new role to supplement their growth
They are currently recruiting for a Partnership Manager / Key Account Specialist to act as a strong partner to the existing salesforce in order to maximise the collaborative deals and increase market share.
The Target Market includes:
Hospitals: Senior Administration, ICU physician and nurses, Nutrition, Risk Management, ICS’s and STP groups
The ideal candidate will utilize personal skills, product expertise, and clinical expertise to execute and lead a set process established by the National Sales Manager. This sale requires capital and disposable goals, multiple stakeholder identification and systematic process execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead collaborative implementation of sales activities to achieve business objectives.
- Active participation with the National Sales Manager in the strategic and tactical planning process.
- Forge strong relationships with Account Consultants and Clinical Specialists to support growth.
- Create and maintain relationships with key physicians, nurses, clinicians, department decision makers and/or administrators within assigned accounts or markets.
- Develop and implement strong business value selling skills.
- Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders across multiple hospitals or groups
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proof of a successful track record. Results driven and assertive selling
- Demonstrates high impact communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to adapt to change in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of Medical Device Sales Experience
- Capital and disposable sales experience
- Consistent performance in the Top 10% of Sales Force. Previous President Club/Circle Award Winner
- Experience in Digestive Health products and related disease state
- Experienced in selling to multidisciplinary NHS stakeholders
- Familiar with NHSSC STP/ICS collaborative selling processes
