Responsibilities:
Engagement - Leading and managing all engagement with portfolio companies on key identified issues, including the PAIs
(requires strong organisational skills).
SRI screening - Leading and managing all SRI screening in relation to our stock universes and index rebalances and presenting screening proposals to the Sustainability Committee for discussion and approval (requires strong organisational skills).
Voting - Coordinating voting on portfolio company shareholder resolutions with external service provider and associated administration and supplemental research where required.
Attending client meetings with Sales reps and presenting with respect to our Sustainability Programme.
Preparing responses to client queries on ESG and Sustainability and due diligence Questionnaires.
SDR, SFDR and UN PRI - Working alongside legal team to implement regulatory changes (e.g. SDR and ESMA Guidance on fund labels) and industry initiatives that the company signs up to.
Periodic reporting - Preparing annual periodic reports for SFDR and UN PRI (and SDR in the future).
Impact reporting - Taking the lead on, designing and working with wider team and external service providers to build and publish periodic impact reports for our Article 9 funds and portfolio companies, as required to meet investor demand and SDR requirements.
Sustainability Committee - Organising and leading committee meetings, including taking minutes.
Sustainability Policies and other collateral - Leading the maintenance of and updates to the company's Sustainability Policies and decks relating to the company's Sustainability Programmes.
Thought leadership - Producing articles and blogs related to sustainable and impact investing, ESG and related topics.
