Your experience in legal billing is highly sought after by our client. They are looking for a Client Billing Coordinator, with meticulous attention to detail and expertise in processing bills through Elite 3e to join their team. As the linchpin between the London Accounts team, timekeepers, billing groups, AML Team, and administrative staff, your key duties encompass:


  • Producing bills and credit notes through Elite ELBS drafts, ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Managing proforma production for monthly and transactional billing for London and Dublin Offices.
  • Offering help desk support for fee-earners/secretaries in bill creation.
  • Monitoring and chasing monthly bill production with fee earners.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with firm procedures and adherence to Alternative Fee Arrangements.
  • Distributing bills to appropriate departments and maintaining organised bill filing.


Essential qualifications include a sound knowledge of Thompson Elite & 3E Accounting software, familiarity with Microsoft Office 2010, and a grasp of Solicitors Accounts Rules, Anti-Money Laundering Regulations & VAT. Previous experience in billing or accounting departments, the ability to maintain confidentiality, multitasking capabilities, and effective communication skills are crucial.
