Smyth & Co. is proud to be representing this incredible 2 Michelin Star Restaurantthat serves highly elevated french cuisine in an incredible setting. This fine dining restaurant serves the most amazing and meticulous haute cuisine, and you will be a part of enhancing the guest experience, and using your skills to ensure a perfect visit every time.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to service standards.
  • Supervise and support staff in presenting menus, explaining dishes, and providing detailed information about ingredients and preparation methods to enhance the dining experience.
  • Oversee the accurate taking and inputting of food and beverage orders into the POS system, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure precise and timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining a seamless dining experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and promptly address guests' needs and concerns throughout their meal.
  • Handle guest complaints gracefully and professionally, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and striving for quick resolution, while supporting staff in conflict resolution and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Michelin environment or similar high level (eg. 3/4/5 Rosette)
  • 2+ Years experience in luxury hospitality
  • A right to work in the UK
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enthousiasm about your craft and a willingness to learn & grow
  • Ability to work well as a team & individually
  • Conflict resolution skills & an ability to deal with complaints
