The Knight of Aveley is a wet-led pub, popular within the local area as a sport viewing destination, with scope for a live entertainment schedule. The Knight as part of its transition to Craft Union will have a major investment, both inside and out. Throughout, the pub can hold up to 150 covers and boasts a function room, allowing for additional covers and the opportunity to host events in this dedicated space. The external trading area hosts a beer garden that would benefit from outside seating to drive additional trade during the warmer months. The private accommodation consists of 3-bedrooms, a lounge, and a kitchen, ideal for a family.
