The Beehive is found on one of Sheffields vibrant high streets. It was originally built in 1818 and takes its name from the beehives kept in an adjoining garden according to Sheffield's Real Heritage Pubs guide. The pub has recently been given a full facelift after undergoing a six-figure investment in May. This pub is brilliant at offering a range of activities to suit a broad customer base and is after a dynamic operator to push it forward. The large pub is an open-plan venue with a mixture of fixed seating, high-top tables, and cosy corners. The pub is served by one large bar that is a focal point of the room. During its investment, the pub saw the addition of 2 new pool tables, an illuminated darts board, 12 HD TVs, and a projector for unforgettable sports viewing. Finally, the pub has a beautifully decorated beer garden with picnic-style benches and a screen, so no sporting action is missed.

Found in the heart of Sheffield on West Street the Beehive is a grand building with plenty of curb side appeal. Close to lots of local transport with a tram line running through West Street, lots of busses, and ample parking surround the pub. Were looking for an operator who can make this the Hive of Sheffield, ramp up this atmosphere even more when it comes to entertainment and turn the beehive into a must visits sports venue, using their entrepreneurial flair to make the Beehive the place to be for late-night boogies. Were looking for an operator who can easily shift gears from community chats during the day, to late-night venues during the evening and weekends, growing a regular following while simultaneously making the beehive the place to be amongst students.

Regional Manager Ashley saysthis is a great size pub, with lots of opportunity due to its prime location within the town centre. We would like to create much more buzz around the pub. We would like a ROTW introduced, and community-driven events, which would be amazing for the community and would also give the site leverage to put the pub back on the map. Helping it to become the place to go in Sheffield city centre. We would be looking at introducing teams such as pool and darts and extending the late-night opportunities. I'd be looking for someone who can deliver a great diverse business which would see the student unions, Sports teams, and the LGBTQ+ community all safely using and enjoying the pub.
