About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pub Operator to join our team at the Station House Pub in Tonbridge. As a Pub Operator, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the pub, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer base and revenue.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a pub or restaurant manager.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
