Senior C++ Developer

A global, leading multi-strat fund is investing heavily in the build-out of a new high-frequency trading platform. We're at the start of this multi-year incentive and looking for very senior modern C++ developers with experience using C++20 to build a new, state-of-the-art high-frequency trading platform from the ground up.


The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

The right candidate will bring experience from the high frequency trading sector and would have built and improved relevant trading platforms. While this position is hands-on, you'll also be involved with the strategy, architecture, and design as the unit grows over the coming years.

  • 10+ years of commercial experience.
  • Excellent C++ skills, specifically with modern C++.
  • Template metaprogramming.
  • Linux fundamentals knowledge.
  • Awareness of TCP/IP.
  • Experience building high frequency trading platforms using C++.
