Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the sales team to design and deliver multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that attract new leads and nurture contacts through the sales funnel
  • Own and evolve the messaging and communications frameworks central to the consistent delivery of the brand.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's needs, buying process, and product/solution differentiators in order to advise on positioning, names, and other aspects of branding.
  • Create tools, tactics and go-to-market strategies for products and solutions, leveraging different formats and channels.
  • Maintain target personas and customer journeys by market segment based on your understanding of the customer, trends in the market, and data and analytics from the business.
  • Work with the sales team on the design and development of sales enablement materials to support their conversations with targets and deliver interested customers to the top if the sales funnel.
  • Lead the content marketing efforts and written communications from the product team formatted for use in sales.
  • Develop a plan and budget for building the required marketing team in-house over the appropriate timeframe, including recruiting and managing new marketing team members.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working in a senior B2B marketing role in a technology business
  • Solid track record in designing lead generation programmes, PR and brand.
  • Comfortable in C-suite presentations and big group partner management
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in Digital Twins and/or Built Environment. Alternatively, a solid background in Immersive Technology.
