Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data architecture strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and data stakeholders to ensure cohesive data management practices.
  • Mentor and lead a team of data architects, promoting adherence to best practices and architecture principles.
  • Oversee data governance frameworks to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
  • Drive value creation through optimized data architecture, enhancing underwriting, financial reporting, portfolio management, and operational processes.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in data architecture, ideally within insurance or financial services.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Expertise in next-generation technology and AI capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of data governance and architecture principles.
