Well, you’re in luck We’re looking for a Creative Event Producer to join an amazing experiential event agency in London that work with some of the coolest brands in the market
Imagine yourself as a key individual in their dynamic team, breaking life into remarkable events for globally renowned brands. From the moment an idea sparks to the final curtain call, you'll be at the forefront of creating memories that last a lifetime. This isn't just event production; it's crafting immersive journeys that leave a lasting impact.
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience at an events agency.
- Exp in managing large budgets.
- A track record of success in creative production or experiential marketing.
- Exceptional project management skills to coordinate intricate details, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution.
Your day to day will look like:
- Review and manage event budgets, ensuring costs are within allocated limits.
- Coordinate with the finance team to track expenses and maintain financial transparency.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure materials, equipment, and services required for events.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Engage in client meetings to present event concepts, updates, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals, ensuring your creative concepts align with their expectations.
- Review project timelines and tasks for ongoing projects to ensure progress is on track.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure that technical and logistical aspects of events are being addressed.
