Reporting to the Project Manager within the Major Projects division, this role is ideal for a resourceful, detail-oriented, and driven individual eager to apply their technical and project management skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Organize or review Lift Plans and conduct daily risk assessments.
  • Issue permits for high-risk activities (e.g., excavation, working at height).
  • Monitor safety compliance on-site and witness critical inspections and tests.
  • Complete Non-Conformance Reports and maintain snagging lists.
  • Prepare site diaries and document daily progress with photos.
  • Ensure site restoration meets required standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in construction or energy industries, with strong civil engineering knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Engineering qualification (HND or degree level preferred, but not essential).
  • High computer literacy and ability to work independently.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
