We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our client's team, focusing on key projects in the Liverpool area. Reporting to the Project Manager within the Major Projects division, this role is ideal for a resourceful, detail-oriented, and driven individual eager to apply their technical and project management skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Organize or review Lift Plans and conduct daily risk assessments.
- Issue permits for high-risk activities (e.g., excavation, working at height).
- Monitor safety compliance on-site and witness critical inspections and tests.
- Complete Non-Conformance Reports and maintain snagging lists.
- Prepare site diaries and document daily progress with photos.
- Ensure site restoration meets required standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in construction or energy industries, with strong civil engineering knowledge.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Engineering qualification (HND or degree level preferred, but not essential).
- High computer literacy and ability to work independently.
- A valid driving license is essential.
