The Role

As a Night Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in complex care.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards.
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care and co-production principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with complex needs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
