We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join one of the biggest colleges in central Oxford. The Receptionist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day receptionist duties, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, manage reservations, coordinate events, and maintain the reception area in an organised and efficient manner.

The Successful Receptionist will have the following
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills
  • Experience in a hotel reception environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in receptionist duties
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
  • Available to work weekends as required and shift work 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm
