As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Drive the Nusr-Et culture, train and develop FOH team


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Previous management experience in London restaurant scene, preferably within premium restaurant environment

A passion for delivering the highest levels of service.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Effective multitasking abilities.

The ability to motivate a team and foster a strong spirit of teamwork.

Full rota flexibility

Experience in operating Micros system

WSET Level 2
