We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Night Manager for a 4 star hotel in Bracknell. As Night Manager you will manage the hotel as Duty Manager, and extend the hotel's customer services to guests during the night, safeguarding the hotel's property for the welfare of guests and employees.

Our client is an independently owned hotel in Bracknell, with over 200 bedrooms, swimming pool, gym, live music venue and restaurants.
The Person
The Night Manager will have:
- Previous experience in this kind of role and comfortable doing night audits
- A strong operational record in hospitality, with a sound knowledge of reception management
- Demonstrable experience of managing a team
- Opera experience Confidence to open or close shifts and take payments
- Polite and professional verbal and written communication skills and a good telephone manner.
- Good IT skills and a competent user of Microsoft Office.
- A high standard of personal presentation.
- Previous exposure to hotel online booking platforms would be advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with confident and compassionate when dealing with complaints.
- A calm and well organised approach to often competing work priorities with good attention to detail.
- Your own reliable transport to the Bracknell area is essential.
