Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a beautiful 5 star boutique hotel in the heart of Royal Deeside and we have a fantastic opportunity for a pastry sous chef to join their team.

What's involved?
As Pastry Sous Chef, you will support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in their duties to ensure the smooth running of pastry section to the highest standards. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role, but this does present an opportunity to learn all aspects of fine dining from an exceedingly skilled team.
