One of Scout's exciting new clients are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their team

???? The Role:

Reporting to their Recruitment Manager, you will cover end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across, across a variety of locations across Southern England. Partnering with key stakeholders, you will effectively source the best talent for their teams, recruiting a mixture of volume roles within retail, hospitality and operations and more specialist roles within their head office.

???? Responsibilities:

  • Screen applications
  • Create strong shortlists of candidates
  • Use recruitment resourcing tools, including: job boards, partnerships, social media and other initiatives to identify and engage candidates
  • Ongoing development, maintenance, and engagement of our ATS - TeamTailor
  • Deliver against recruitment team KPI’s (time to hire, quality of hire, retention, etc.)
  • Work with hiring managers to create an efficient recruitment process, ensuring all candidates receive the best possible experience
  • Support the Recruitment Manager with employer brand initiatives
  • Continuously seek to improve recruitment processes and procedures
  • Regularly review the application process, content and careers page to ensure it aligns with the companies tone and brand
  • Be a brand ambassador, showcasing their values and culture, promoting a positive candidate experience
  • Support wider recruitment team projects

Skills You Will Bring:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role (in-house experience is preferred)
  • Experience working with an ATS (they use TeamTailor but experience with any other similar platform would be great)
  • Drive and passion to find the best talent and deliver a top-class candidate experience
  • Ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the team and their ways of working
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter would be advantageous
