About the Role: Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design? Our client is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team in Hatfield. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of our brand across various platforms, from digital to print.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create compelling graphics and layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all visual outputs.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills (print, digital, and social media).
  • Excellent knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Understanding of branding and visual identity principles.
  • Experience in creating marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in workspace visualization and interior design.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development.
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in the workspace design or interior design industry.
  • Experience developing pitch documents to support the sales team.
