Hawksworth UK are now recruiting for a Program Manager to lead a 3-year SAP S/ 4HANA transformation program . This is a Key strategic program working alongside the Finance senior leadership team of a Global financial institution.

The position is Permanent offering long term leadership opportunities in the Global community of this outstanding financial giant. Permanent base salary up to £100k + great package.

The position is Hybrid working. 3 days on-site at their Guildford location.

Essential skills & Experience required:

  • Significant Program Management experience
  • Good Business acumen and financial awareness
  • Previous SAP S / 4HANA program experience
  • Proven experience in delivering large Financial, Accounting or ERP system change and have a good understanding of the systems landscape and environments involved
  • Proven experience of working with finance end to end processes and understand the interdependency between ERP Systems Modules and Non-ERP systems.
  • Proven track record in establishing and executing a governance framework for the Program and its projects
  • Outstanding leadership / communication / influencing skills
