Your contractual place of work will be Penrhyn Castle. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. You'll be part of a team covering Wales. You'll work closely with members of the Regional Management Team and Consultancy on varied and entertaining pieces of work, using your skills and expertise to support the delivery of the strategy.

What you'll be doing

The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you'll have to love variety. As well as supporting day to day operations, you'll have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team. You'll always champion best practice and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there's a better way of doing something.

We're looking for an individual who has strong administration skills, and can turn their hand to whatever comes their way. In addition to taking care of people's diaries and logistics, be confident in using a variety of IT packages to create reports, keep accurate records, and write internal/external correspondence promptly and accurately. You'll have the ability to work with a wide range of team members and different disciplines across the region. This is a great opportunity to expand your skills.
