Our team in Bradford currently has an opening for a Customer Services Advisor - Bradford
About the role:
The role involves receipting and processing customer orders, dealing with enquiries, amendments and concerns. In addition the successful candidate will proactively build the relationship with customers, working closely with Account Managers and other Brenntag facilities.
This is a fast-paced customer service role. A passion for serving customers and delivering sector leading service is essential.
As a Customer Service Advisor, it will be your responsibility to:
Dealing with customer enquiries, amendments and concerns via telephone & email
Receipt and process customer orders
Proactively build the relationship with specific customers, working closely with the relevant Account Manager.
Your skills & Experience:
Experience in a similar role, training will be given.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to accurately review and transpose data is essential.
