As the friendly face of the 212-bedroom Park Plaza London Park Royal Hotel (Address: 628 Western Ave, London W3 0TA), we are all about creating stories and memories by delivering excellent and personal service to our guests. First-class service and delicious food and drink are every bit as important to the hotel experience as a great night's sleep in a stylish location. That is why your contribution as our Food and Beverage Team Leader is so important.

Westway Bar & Kitchen specialises in scrumptious classic fare with a modern twist, all served in a cosy, relaxing atmosphere.

With your flair and passion for delivering exceptional service, as our Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will be someone who leads from the front to ensure the team deliver a memorable experience for every guest.

As our Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will receive:

  • Salary: £14.04 per hour plus Service Charge
  • Subsidised Travel arrangements after 12 am
  • Heavily discounted hotel room rates in Europe (extends to the Radisson Hotel Group and family & friends)

We are looking for our Food and Beverage Team Leader, who:

  • Ensures our Westway Bar & Kitchen runs smoothly delivering memorable experiences
  • Can inspire, coach and mentor F&B team members
  • Fully flexible to support the hotel's whole F&B-related operations whenever required
  • Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
  • Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
  • Has previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Head Waiter/Waitress in a hotel
