We are looking for a talented Senior Channel Sales Manager to join our growing EMEA team as we scale from 100 to 250 people by the end of 2025.


Location: London

Salary: £200 - 250k OTE


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls on a daily basis with potential partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle with prospects: from the preliminary discovery stages, throughout pain point addressing, performing live demo sessions, managing POC’s cycle and deal negotiations to closure.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and strategic plans.
  • Participate in industry virtual and field events, represent the company, generate new leads to support the company’s required sales pipeline.
  • Perform weekly sales performance monitoring and reporting to track your ability to meet your goals and targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and aligning sales efforts with company objectives.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Channel Account Manager/Partner Sales selling to ISV's like Computacenter, Softcat, WWT, CDW and Software One.
  • Strong track record vs quota.
  • Must have a hunter mindset.
