We are offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Planning Professional to join our world-renowned client to work on a diverse range of projects. These projects vary in size, complexity, and discipline, covering civil engineering, construction, MEP and fit-out, technical engineering, sustainability, and value engineering. This role presents a significant opportunity to advance your career in planning and project controls.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Innovate Planning Processes: Challenge and refine existing planning methods and processes to enhance project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of planners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and optimise processes within the planning function to increase efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with diverse stakeholders, effectively communicating complex or abstract ideas.


What We’re Looking For:


We are seeking a driven individual who excels at challenging traditional planning methodologies and is passionate about leading and developing a team of planners. Your goal will be to drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes and workflows within the planning function. Requirements:


  • Extensive experience with Primavera P6.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing construction budgets within cost estimate constraints.
  • Expertise in governance, schedule, and quality reporting.
  • Significant experience as a Senior Planner on major infrastructure projects/programmes, typically over £50M.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team development.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.
