Interested in joining a leading Infrastructure contractor delivering services to the water sector throughout the South West?, this business is an industry leader working across eight regional centres both in JV’s and sole contractors on long-term water sector frameworks.


The position will involve leading on the delivery of a major £100M+ desalination Plant project. Key responsibilities include ensuring project completion within deadlines and budget, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote safety and quality in all project stages.
  • Implement and monitor the Business Management System (BMS).
  • Maintain strong client, partner, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure sufficient trained personnel and clear responsibilities.
  • Plan, approve, and monitor project execution and delivery.
  • Ensure all commercial and contractual aspects are managed effectively.
  • Support customer requirements and satisfaction.
  • Ensure continuous professional development.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary construction projects, ideally in the water industry.
  • Degree in construction, commercial, or engineering.
  • Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of NEC and IChemE contracts.
  • Experience in Risk & Opportunity Management and construction Health & Safety (CDM).
