Childrens Regional Manager Requirements:
Childrens Residential experience
NVQ L5
Experience supervising a team of RMs
Staff Leadership and management as well as commercials / operations awareness

As Childrens Regional Manager, youll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a 5 childrens services within a family run company.
You will alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life for disadvantaged children who have emotional behavioural difficulties, all this whilst working in a family run company who do their best to get the best for these children.
