We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team at Altrad Babcock, you will be based in the Teesside area, for a minimum of 2 years.

You will be responsible for the coordinating and expediting assigned engineering work scope to facilitate timely, efficient procurement, manufacture, fabrication, construction, and commissioning of the project in accordance with the contract, while providing input to the Project Engineering Plan for the assigned work scope.

As our new Senior Project Engineer, you will have experience in furnace operations or in the petrochemical industry, power plant design & construction experience is also essential (Oil & Gas and Pharma sectors experience beneficial). You will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage with multi-discipline teams toward effective and efficient execution of project objectives.

As our new Senior Project Engineer, you will understand and communicate project technical, schedule, budget, and quality requirements to the Engineering team, while monitoring progress against the schedule, highlight variances, and ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address issues.

Backed by a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, you will have the ability to effectively execute the assigned engineering Work Packages within the time, cost, and quality required.
