We are currently searching for a Clinical Lead who is enthusiastic about making a significant and positive impact on the lives of senior citizens. Collaborating closely with the Home Manager and the broader multi-disciplinary teams, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of the care home. While this role may present challenges at times, the ultimate reward lies in the genuine gratitude expressed by our residents, which serves as the true motivation behind this position.
Lead the team with a focus on excellent nursing and residential care

Requirements:
Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
Experience in the healthcare sector
Essential management/leadership experience and desirable qualifications
NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate with an active PIN
Caring nature with a personalized approach
Ability to adapt to changes efficiently
Effective under pressure
Warm, approachable, and engaging personality
Respectful and considerate towards others
