We are currently searching for a Clinical Lead who is enthusiastic about making a significant and positive impact on the lives of senior citizens. Collaborating closely with the Home Manager and the broader multi-disciplinary teams, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of the care home. Lead the team with a focus on excellent nursing and residential care

Requirements:

Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care

Experience in the healthcare sector

Essential management/leadership experience and desirable qualifications

NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate with an active PIN

Ability to adapt to changes efficiently

Effective under pressure

Warm, approachable, and engaging personality

Respectful and considerate towards others
