Who we are:

Le Pont de la Tour is D&D London's original premier venues, originally opened as a Conran restaurant it is a luxurious riverside destination with iconic views. The menu combines traditional yet innovative French cuisine and served by knowledgeable and friendly staff known for their exceptional service. The thoughtful design evokes the Parisian chic of the 1930s whilst celebrating the stunning views of the City and Tower Bridge.


At D&D London we are passionate about all things food and drink. We strive to deliver quality in everything we do, each time we do it. With over 30 diverse venues across 6 cities including London, New York and Paris - there is a restaurant for every occasion. Each of our sites pride themselves on the unique designs, the freshest produce and the most exclusive settings. Founded in 2006 by David Loewi, the mission has always been the same, to provide each and every guest with a luxury experience when stepping foot into our restaurants, bars and hotel. Through the years we have paved the way in the luxury dining scene, acquiring some of the most iconic venues in London and beyond, venues such as Bluebird Chelsea, 100 Wardour St, Quaglinos, 20 Stories, Orelle and South Place Hotel.

A bit about what you will be doing:


We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Head Chef ready to lead not only one of the newest restaurants in the D&D London group but also one of the leading restaurants in the exceptional Birmingham restaurant scene. This role requires a dynamic leader who can innovate and elevate our food offerings, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. You will lead from the front, running the pass and inspiring the brigade.

As the driving force behind our kitchen, you'll bring a creative flair to our menu, using only the finest ingredients. But it's not just about the food you'll also need a keen eye for the bottom line, optimizing profits through astute financial management.

You will be responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety and food hygiene, managing GP, P&L and all other forecasting and stock management. Knowledge of Adaco and Fourth Hospitality is desirable, but full training will be given.


A little insight to the expectations and responsibilities:

Uphold exceptional standards and meticulous attention to detail.

Innovate and curate menus for the restaurant and food offerings.

Lead the kitchen brigade, ensuring smooth operations and leading by example.

Collaborate on the creation and implementation of F&B strategies.

Manage kitchen budgets, payroll, margins, and all financial aspects.

Nurture and develop the brigade through training and mentorship.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of food safety and health standards.

Bring previous experience as a Senior Chef in a Hotel or high-volume restaurant.

Proactively solicit menu feedback, adapting offerings as needed.

Demonstrate resilience, ambition, and drive to contribute to the restaurant's success.
