Iconic Resourcing HR are delighted to be partnering with a financial services organisation in Glasgow as they seek a Learning and Development Business Partner to join their team. You will work from their Glasgow office in the city centre on a hybrid basis.

The L&D Business Partner will contribute to strategic learning initiatives through the design and delivery of learning interventions. You’ll have the opportunity to work with inspiring leaders across the business and be part of a creative and progressive Learning & Development team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working within a financial or professional services setting
  • Ideally has or is working towards a coaching/insights qualification
  • Has a passion for soft skills
  • Has experience of delivering both virtual and face to face learning interventions.
