Our client, a leading provider of rural services, is seeking an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor to take on a key leadership role within their Estate Management division in Scotland.


Position Overview

As the Rural Director, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional estate management services to our client's diverse portfolio of private clients across Scotland.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the estate management team
  • Optimise clients' rural assets and drive profitability
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, innovative rural services


Requirements

  • MRICS Chartered Surveyor qualification
  • Proven leadership skills and team management experience
  • Strong background in estate management and rural services
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
