Our client, a leading provider of rural services, is seeking an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor to take on a key leadership role within their Estate Management division in Scotland.
Position Overview
As the Rural Director, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional estate management services to our client's diverse portfolio of private clients across Scotland.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the estate management team
- Optimise clients' rural assets and drive profitability
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, innovative rural services
Requirements
- MRICS Chartered Surveyor qualification
- Proven leadership skills and team management experience
- Strong background in estate management and rural services
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
