The Senior Philanthropy Manager will develop a sustainable, ambitious Major Donor programme that will grow in volume and reach and will manage a portfolio of current and new relationships with philanthropists. You will build a pipeline of sustainable income with a heavy focus on acquisition and will be comfortable working to associated metrics and KPIs.

The selected candidate will have experience of securing five figure gifts from major donors and will  have demonstrable experience of managing relationships across an organisation to generate income from major donors.
